Leslie & JT's engagements

It just so happened at the last minute that JT would be flying into Utah this past weekend. Saturday was pretty much the only day he was going to be here, and so we decided to face the cold. It was very freezing during the whole shoot, but still so much fun! We kept finding tons of fun doors and walls that made perfect for some bright, colorful and darling engagements. I loved Leslie's yellow sweater, It went perfect with all the bright colored backgrounds. I think they both did a great job with their outfits. Layering, texture, and color always looks great in photos!

I have been wanting to take a photo of a couple under a big tree, like this, for a long time.
So I was so excited when Dy pointed out this tree. Even though it is in the middle of a parking lot in a city it worked great!

I can't wait to edit this photo shoot! Leslie was my sister's roommate, and I was so excited when she called me to do her engagements, and bridals. She will be getting married in Arizona so she has hired me to do her engagements and bridals while she is here in Utah. I had so much fun with them. Thanks Leslie and JT!

One very cute family!

Ok as you can tell I loved this family photo shoot! (As I do every time I get to know a new family, and their cute little kids). The little girl Lucy was so funny she would get so excited every time we would tell her to smile, the black and white photo of her on the trunk is the perfect example of it. The little boy Jackson had the most incredible blue eyes, if you can't tell :) I had taken Jackson's photos when he was about 5 weeks old. (If you remember seeing my photos in the beginning with the little baby in the basket and his little feet poking out). I hadn't seen him since, and I couldn't believe how big he has gotten, he is so cute!

These are from a recent family shoot I shadowed Mckenzie at. The little girl was so cute. The last shot is one I took while I was keeping her entertained while Mckenzie took shots of just the parents together.

Cosette

Cosette is our sweet little neice. She is Dustin's sister's baby. They live in Florida but recently flew out here to visit. I had so much fun taking photos of her in her darling blessing dress. She is such a sweet sweet baby!

The Gordon's

This family was so cute! Jaxson the little blonde boy was so incredibly smiley. It was a very cold morning but the boys were both very good sports about getting their pictures taken. Keera is my manager and I was so glad she asked me to take their family photos because her and her sister have such sweet families.
